Jeremy, you might want to see what we have in the mobile learning 
special topics of our educational digital library.

Go to: http://www.engineeringpathway.com/ep/

and click on "special topics" - "mobile learning" in the advanced 
search. You could refine the search by grade level, subject, etc.

Jeremy and others, If you have such a lesson plan, paper or learning 
resource please catalog on our educational digital library.
